Suggestion housekeeping issues

When a post is spam or otherwise deserves reporting, there is a report button. But when there is something else that could use cleanup, like someone (usually new) has started the same thread in several forums, or a thread is in the wrong forum, or whatever - is there a central way of reporting that? The only way I know is to PM a random mod, but that doesn't seem efficient.

The best way probably is to still report it. Just put the issue in the explanation area. I'd much rather do a housekeeping item than a moderation!
