When a post is spam or otherwise deserves reporting, there is a report button. But when there is something else that could use cleanup, like someone (usually new) has started the same thread in several forums, or a thread is in the wrong forum, or whatever - is there a central way of reporting that? The only way I know is to PM a random mod, but that doesn't seem efficient.

It has worked fine for me.

The best way probably is to still report it. Just put the issue in the explanation area. I'd much rather do a housekeeping item than a moderation! :D
