Thank you so much for replying! It doesn't seem to be open. If It is I don't see a way to book which is very concerning. Maybe they have changed their name?I read a post about a hotel close to the BHB. Can anyone tell me the name of the hotel that you can shore dive the BHB from please?

Ill give them a call! Thanks!Hi Melissa,
Actually it is no longer Open Waters Resort. It is now the Blue Heron Bridge Hotel and Dive Club.
The link to their website is here Blue Heron Bridge Dive Club
It does look like they have made improvemets lately. They have a number you can call, does not look like a lot else is going on with regards to the website. There are many small mom and pop places you can stay on Singer Island within a 5 minute drive of the park as well.
If you open google maps you can see where the hotel is in relationship to the bridge. You can make entries for diving the bridge from there. However the incoming tide is from the south and the hotel is north, making it less than ideal for entries if the conventional window of entries one hour before and one hour after high tide is used.
Nevertheless you could still stay there and make easier entries from the park.
I see that the phone number on the website has a northern NJ area codeHi Melissa,
