Has anyone went diving with Blue Experience dive shop in Riviera Maya ? I'm looking to book some cenote and ocean dives for a trip in December. They are the closest shop to our hotel and offer free transportation from local hotels. The website looks legit and they advertise meeting all the safety requirements for cenote diving. The shop has 100s of positive reviews on google, but the only post I can find on ScubaBoard is from 5 years ago, and it looks like the shop changed owners in 2020.

You cannot go wrong with Blue Experience.
We've used them several times and will be back again in January.
Eduardo and Sarah are great people, fun but also 100% safely oriented
Yes the operation did change hands when the original owners retired but its just as good as ever.
Don't waste any time looking for anyone else to dive with

I had a fantastic experience with them a couple years ago and would highly recommend them; they were wonderful both with me and with one of my newer inexperienced buddies. Really a great shop, and incredible customer service.

I wanted to follow up and share that I had an incredible experience with Blue Experience! I completed a total of 13 dives with them, including 6 cenote dives, 1 bull shark dive, and 6 reef dives. Eduardo and Sarah were absolutely fantastic and focused on safety. They were also incredibly accommodating, even adjusting our schedule last minute to swap some planned reef dives for cenote dives. I couldn’t have asked for a better trip!

Actually here now and did bull shark on Monday and 6 reef dives so far!

Oh that’s awesome to hear! They’re one of my favorite dive ops I’ve been out with, just super nice, fun and flexible, while still being safety-minded and professional. So glad to hear you had a similar good experience!
