Hot Tubs is really best of body relax. Hot tubs give a good message that you work hard then body tired and you work official then mind stress. Both side use of Hot tubs and relax after bath and always fresh, enjoy your life with family and friends without tired and worry also.

I tend to stay clear of hot showers and baths during recreational dive, I would however consider a warm (not hot) bath after 3-4 hours of rec dives. I would not shower or bath (hot or warm) after any deco diving. I will hand-wash myself down with a bowl of tap water & cloth 4 hours after deco dive if needed or take a dip in the pool. Sis you filthy bastard!

Personally, I generally avoid hot showers after a dive. No access to a hot tub so that is out of the question. I wait a few hours before taking the shower. I'm not a medical doctor so I can't say with certainty that should be standard practice. I just know that I'm an old geezer who takes precautions if they don't interfere with my enjoyment of life. I just spent the interim between the dives and the hot shower editing the day's video.
