I'm looking for suggestions for 20-40' depths.
I've got a Gant pump snail mailing my way,
& 12mm ID (18 OD) reinforced food grade Tubing (200 PSI),
& still piecing parts together (farmer turned engineer. (Yep, nut. Or is it a few nuts loose?)
My grandpa always emphasized that Murphy was an optimist...

So, a hookah DIY dump valve;
something to hook on belt level, so any condensing water settles into
a clear dump cylinder.
There has to be a trade-off upon pressure, vessel size & wall thickness.
A clear submarine,
so I can keep an eye on potential line water.
Yep,
dep. on vessel size,
I know this is an odd buoyancy variable, but who wants to be bored? *ahem!*
Actually, sinking a bit more could be a good indicator, too...

(yep, pony tank is on-hand!)

The closest thing I've found so far is;
Rusco Vu-Flow and Campbell Alternative Spin Down Filter - 100 Mesh Sand and Sediment Filter - 1 Inch Slip Fit PVC Connection - 20 Gallon Per Minute Flow Rate - Two KleenWater Can Holders - - Amazon.com
I want to find something appropriate to drop 12mm connections on;
esp.
avoiding pvc glue, if possible.

Actually something to emulate (only w/ a ball valve on the bottom
& a 1 way valve below that!)

Any & all suggestions are appreciated,
while I keep poking through sources!

Condensate removal on a surface supplied rig for 20' of water is rarely necessary. I have never seen condensate collection diver-mounted. The small amount of condensate generated just vaporizes or atomizes in the air stream in the second stage regulator. Higher volume and pressure LP compressors used for deeper surface supplied diving handle condensation removal in a volume tank and particle filters.

what @Akimbo said. If you are concerned about condensation, it should be on the surface unit itself, but since you aren't pumping to really high pressures like we do on the tank compressors, it should be a nonissue

Ah! The pump pulling atmospheric moisture was indeed the thought in mind;
Contrails are something I almost learned the hard way, yrs ago...
When you buy things your grandpa could've used, you wonder about certain age variables :wink:
At least the oil issue's a non-starter!
