Hooded Vest vs. Normal Hood

Thanks everyone! We both decided to go with the hooded vest. I found a great deal on an Akona wetsuit and a hooded vest that is made to pair up with it. The Akona's what I used in my OW class, and I had great luck even in water at 42 degrees (we're in MN!).
I'll let you know how it works out.
