My dad lives in Panama City. The infastructure was under strain before the newest round of condos opening up this past summer. It's gonna be a mess. There are still some condos for under $100,000 on East Thomas Drive, but they are really old. I'm betting they'll be bull dozed for newer high rise condos.
Every year the whole area looks worse and worse. Wish they'd stop building.
