Just found the forum and wanted to do a quick intro - located in NC and have enjoyed diving the wrecks off the coast for a few years now. I started diving in the warm waters Puget Sound about seven years ago and was hooked.

Yeah, I am not the only one in NC. I am about to get me OW certification, then proceeding to get get my others, AOW, Rescue, and a few others. I start my classes the first week of April. Cannot wait to get started.

Welcome!! Any question you have, you can probably find a post about it in the archives, or just ask away and someone will steer you to an answer.

Welcome to the board! You're going to enjoy reading and participating on Scubaboard. It is a great place.

I notice you're in Cary. What dive shop do you go thru? I use Gypsy in Raleigh for all my classes. Great group of people. If you ever want to meet for a dive at the quarry, PM me.

I went with Downunder for most of my gear - Scott is a good guy.

I haven't been diving too much lately (can't find the time) - actually listed some of my gear in the classifieds - practically new stuff.
