I have received an inquiry to have a HOG regulator service class in the Gilboa area. Right now have firm interest from 2 students. I need one more to make it happen. I was planning on being there that weekend for several days to do a class with Doppler but right now there are not enough people signed up to make it go.
In light of this since I have the time off scheduled anyway I am tentatively going to offer the reg class on Saturday and Sunday.
If there is any interest I will also offer my Advanced Class on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday (2 dives per day plus classroom) or Intro to Tech class on Monday and Tuesday ( 2 dives per day plus classroom) as well.
Cost of the reg class is 275.00. If I get more than three students I'll drop it to 250.00. Student is responsible for quarry fees and air fills for the reg checkout dives on Sunday
Advanced Class with 6 dives is 375.00 per person with max of three students. Private class for one student is 475.00 includes quarry entry and 2 air fills per day. Student must supply a pony or stage bottle and tank of 95 cu ft capacity or larger for the deep dive. Must have own gear. Message for me for info on renting the pony or stage.
TDI Intro to Tech with 4 dives is 425.00 per person with max of two students. Private class for one student is 525.00 Student must supply own gear including tanks which can be rented at the quarry. If you need to rent a pony or stage bottle let me know and I can arrange that and a reg. Need to know in advance.
Note for either class: if you want to do it doubles or sidemount and have the gear you are more than welcome to do that. I will be diving Sidemount for all classes.
I need to know by May 5th for the Advanced or Intro Class and require 50% deposit by May 15th. Reg service class is $100.00 deposit by the same date and is non refundable as the class will go on rain or shine. The reg class will go on rain or shine as long as I have three students. If you need the course outline email me for it and the required tools/materials list.
As for the other classes if the quarry is open and we can dive, we will. Email me for info on cancellations due to inclement weather - tornado, lightning, locusts, frogs from the sky, etc.
