I love my D1, but just the other day, the high pressure seat failed during a dive. I'll be trying to get a rebuild kit soon here. Fortunately, they are pretty easy to tear down and rebuild, and the quality is internal, not just external. Until I get this D1 rebuilt, I have to use some Beauchat's that are ok...but I already miss my D1!
Send me a PM and I'll get you a couple service kits to replace the parts you used. Did you see any obvious failure issue on the HP seat? I really haven't had others with that issue.

According to Google maps directions its about 15,000 miles but that is including kayaking via japan and Hawaii......... LOL!!
