The chilled bear bit reminded me of a recipe book I have written by a very old Canadian Aboriginal lady.

Bear Paw

first ya get a bear then ya kill it
then ya cut off paws and put em in a fire
scrape hair off

then ya put them in a pot with water init
Then ya cook it good

when it is cooked good ya can eat it.... tastes good!

I have a few of my grandmother's recipies that are writting in as interesting a style

Put four in large bowl (my ? how large)
Mix in milk and egg until feels right
flavour to taste
cook till golden (not what temp)

I never follow recipies exactly but come on.... a little help is good:shocked2:
