Just how to use it that's all. I just started working with it looking to see if I can import network structure. 2003 version

Not at all, it is just another reporting & schematics tool, just to draw some connection/cabling/schematic diagrams, no intellegence features what so ever - i use it mainly for presentations purposes.

That's what I'm putting together some reports for a lab I'm working on in my class thought I could save some time. I saw some other apps that look like they have auto discovery features.

you need something called network probe / protocol analyzer for auto discovery of network elements. (quite pricey)

Well maybe in the future ill get something like that.
