I was confused ... it said you needed to install about 4 progs ... I thought that was a bit much, so tried installing one ... didnt work ... trien another ... didnt work ... tried them all ... still didnt work.

could be the firewall ... but I dont want to disable that

Hmm, I viewed it in FF, and I didn't need to install anything and I have a firewall, so I'll ask him to talk to you when he gets home. A shame, because they fought back quite well at the end. I hope Haddin and North go on with it today.

Thanks, would appreciate that, I initially installed sopcast and couldnt get that to work evan after reading their FAQ and searching the forum ... found the ports I needed to allow through the firewall, still didn't work, but when I disabled the firewall it worked.

Would be nice if I could get it to work, but if I cant it's no big deal

I'm sure it will. Believe me, if it will work on my piece of junk computer and adsl, it would have to work on yours!
