well it is kind of back to fairly normal for me. I guess that means I can function but the pain is still there. Andrew has spoiled me a bit.. I went for a while that I had periods of no pain at all... not long but pretty amazing and the rest of the time it was pretty low level....

We are pretty confident that a bit of work will get it to settle again...

That is good that you continue with the treatments like that even when its not flared up.
Your rebound is quicker when you have an episode.

yes for me it is a management issue.. the problem won't go away but working out the best management strategy is vital. Finding someone who is good and you trust is just as important.
