I like how you think but, not this time.

The way I have been eating since quitting smoking has caused some acid reflux so, I have to change my diet. The acid reflux is causing my throat to stay irritated and the reason my cough is lingering. Pretty exciting stuff huh??

Actually, I'm kind of hoping all the diving in Bonaire will help shed a bunch of this weight as well. Pretty expensive diet but, the funnest one I know.

Wow, NZ said to me the other day, he wondered if you had acid reflux...he's sooo clever! (and gave up smoking last year and is still going strong!)

I'm glad you got a diagnosis and some treatment and all will be good. :kiss2:

The GBR is pretty sensational, and hey, you can visit all your SB friends..saves on accommodation.

yep it is amazing but you can get some great diving without doing the reef too

works for me... I can't eat before I dive or very little so... multiple dive days are good. I have lost 2 kilos so far..
