I had a friend who was being the sober-cab during a night of drinking. One of the guys said he was going to throw up, but the guy wanted to try and make it to the next exit on the freeway. He didn't make it, so he stuck his head out the window and threw up.

Of course, this was in the middle of winter, so by the time he got home, he had frozen vomit backsplashed all down the side of his car. That was a fun cleanup for him...
