Hi I need help finding dive tables

Hi all;

does anyone know where i can down load free copies of tables for heliox, trimix, nitrox and air deco tables. I was especially looking for the vpm tables I think they are called. thanks for your help, mike

you can get v-planner as shareware from www.v-planner.com. It's not tables, but you can generate tables for any dive that you wish.

I know, I used them for many years and lots of dives.

These days I use my NAUI tables or the suggestion of my little dive computer.
Then again I am not doing staged deco these days.

Were I diving deep I would probably use VPM-B.

Hey, you should know better, OSHA specifies the USN tables.

references the Navy tables and say you can use anything you want as long as you can show it is at least as good as the Navy tables.

I find that the modern programs with deep stops do a much better job than the Navy tables so that is a good reason to change.

Besides I have not found a stormwater pipe in FL that is deep enough to get me into anything even close to needing staged deco.
Let me see, on a 15' dive my first deep stop is, what, 10'?

Hey, the USN tables have deep stops, 180' is the first one if I recall right.
