Man a high def mask. I still remember when all you could get was an analog mask then they brought in digital masks that way improved the vis. I wonder how long it will be till someone brings in a 3D mask that allows us to see the ocean in full 3D like in the cinema? Isn't technology amazing!
And now ive got that sarcasm out my system one of the guys I dive with use to have a colour correction mask that supposedly stopped everything looking red. I remember him saying that it seems like it did this by filtering out all the other colours too so everything was equally washed out, so technically it did what it said on the tin though I suppose in the same sense that I could stop objects appearing red by closing my eyes so all the colours are blocked equally
I believe he also spent a fortune in batteries for his torch what with it being so "dark" all the time

Marketing bull**** to exploit gullible people. There's a modern trend to put the word "Hi Def" in front of any product to make it sound new and cool. Its not and is just misleading.

Im writing theses posts on my new shiny very expensive hi-def keyboard, clicking with my super accurate high definition mouse and reading on my hi-def 3D monitor.
Im just off out in my car where i'll look through my hi-def windscreen for superior vision and go shopping for even more modern hi tech goods i cant live without.
