I just got back from Seagrove diving the little reef there last weekend and wanted to do a couple of dives at ABW this weekend if you're interesed.

The Jellies have been awful lately off of TYBEE, so I have to head down the coast to boogie board! Those buggers are a mess!

They sure are pretty....AWFUL when you take a hit! You sure were lucky not to get the jelly that leaves scars! I am not sure what I would do if I took one to the face like that! Yikes!

I like that mentality. You will fit right in if you make it to any of the DDD gatherings.

Yeah we are definitely a wild and tough bunch! Heck, we survived that thunderstorm at Vortex! We almost had a casualty, Bugman almost had a near drowning in his tent!

I sure hope you can make it to Vortoberfest this fall!

I really want to come but there is just one problem....I'm a HUGE Alabama fan and we play Ole Miss that weekend in Tuscaloosa. I may be able to sacrafice the game for a weekend of diving though...I mean, it's not like there aren't 10 or 11 other games I could go to and sounds like y'all have a pretty fabulous time.

I am a big bama fan too, but really, it wont compare to vortoberfest. And if it is anything like springfest, oh boy, it should be good.

In grand Vortoberfest fashion, there are usually several radios out with the various games going on to cover fans from AU, LSU, and even little ole UA Its not only a weekend of diving, there's a huge feast, socializing, and all the libations you could ever want - LOL.
