Henderson sizing for ladies

I am going to purchase a Lavacore and would like to know if you can trust the Henderson size guide or if they run large or small. Any other input on the Lavacore would be appreciated. Thanks.

Lavacore? Then it's the Oceanic sizing guide. But I found it fairly true to what I expected. I'm 5'6", 135 and opted for a size 10. Works fantastic!
