I and my youngest son have been using 7/5 hyperstretch for 3 seasons now and feel almost naked in the water. Total freedom of movement. BUT not quite as warm at depth, as they compress quite a bit.

Hendersons are excellent wetsuits! Definately get a Gold Core. Easy to get into and very comfortable AND they dry right away. Leisure Pro has 'em pretty cheap right now look:

Hendersons are easy to get into but they are not warm. I have a gold core 7/5, got it for $229, if you go in colder water you have to keep adding more stuff to it. More money down the drain. I bought the Bare Alpine 7mm hodded a month ago (recomended by my LDS) and it's soo warm. Love it, makes my Henderson look like a 2mm shorty.
