Help with posting in Classifieds section?

Hello! I would like to post in the Classified's thread but I'm seeing this "You have insufficient privileges to post threads here." I've been a member for a very long time but have not posted recently. I recently updated my e-mail address and password, would that have purged records of my previous activity here?

Click your Avatar at the top of the screen, click preferences, scroll down and opt-in to Marketplace. Click save, and try back later (over an hour)...
