what lights are you using in this pic ?I have a the BigBlue flash light now am wondering if that will be sufficient 3100 series . the beneath the surface flex arms you are using comes with the adaptors for securing flash light??

Honestly, I can't remember which specific light mounts those are....
 
IkeLite "Gamma" light mounts... also bought some bigger ones from a supplier in the UK.....
 
I'm not overly concerned with the beads popping apart, but if I was, I'd just have some bungie and zip ties configured to tie it all together...
