Lucked out and picked up a pair of brand new hot dipped galvanized steel Worthington XS Scuba X7-100's for like $700 a couple of months ago and I am over the moon with these, As I looked at the expoxy covered Fabers and they were not floating my boat.... I think those are made in France? while the Worthingtons are made in the USA or at minimal North America....

Italy.

There are other manufacturers of steel cylinders, the German manufactured "Eurocylinder" are very common in Europe and arose from the ashes of the old "Apolda" brand, and the French company "Roth-Mions" are also quite popular on the international market, however Faber remains by a fairly hefty margin the largest manufacturer of diving cylinders internationally.
