It started with AOL and their taking of 2 inches of real estate off the top of my screen. Scubaboard has their banner and pics. Now I have some godawful left column crap that is squeezing the posts section. This is getting very irritating. I want my computer screen, not some little box in the corner of adland.
 
LOL!! It has been irritating the crap out of me all day also!. I have to drag the right side of the SB window over so I can read everything.

Go to the bottom of the page. There is a pull-down menu. Choose
"SB Custom Theme No Gallery" See if that helps.

If you go into your profile under options > forum skin and choose "Custom Theme - no side bar (temp)" it will stay that way every time you log on.
 
Seems like the hot topic of many. I also had a scroll window at the top of the posts which I also found very annoying That was taken care of with the display mode tab on the thread. Why can't they leave SB alone???
