Help removing glasses from my mask

They are talking about lenses that are permanently bonded to the glass of the mask by a company like Prescription Dive Masks
Not those ones you buy and stick on with spit or whatever it is that is used.
 
I could be mistaken but the glass used in masks these days is tempered and take quite a bit to break. I would think that if these masks did not break in the oven that depth isn't going to do it either.
