Help identifying scuba gear

Hi all,

Please excuse my ignorance, but I have not been diving in years and even when I was actively diving I was still considered a newbie.

Is anyone here able to help me ID the gear shown below (BC, computer, regulator, octopus, etc.)?

2004? revision yoke titan regulator (could be the older revision 1st with a slightly newer 2nd) with sherwood 3 gauge console (depth/compass/spg)
