Help identifying a PST tank

So I picked up a couple PST tanks and I'm attempting to verify their specs but coming up confused. They are definitely PST as they have the Pst mfg mark and 3aa 2400+ 8"d 25.75" tall without valve. I've verified the measurements several times and it doesn't line up with any of the charts I have found. Original hydro of 5-02. Anyone have any ideas?

PST LP 95? Think I had one. Sucker was heavy but solid.

Is " E9791 " stamped on the neck ?

Weight would be helpful. The tank I had had a very short neck. I also had 2 OMS 98 LP's and they were a bit different.
