Hello, I'm in the process of creating a replica movie prop and I'm stuck on a piece of the mask. I'm not even sure this is related to diving but I thought I might give it a shot.

I'm looking for this black connector on the end of this hose. I've looked all over google and sometimes diving parts pop up. So I thought I might make a post and see if anyone recognizes it.

Thanks!

What is that it is connected to?

This does not look like anything connected with undersea use. Are those some sort of faux animal teeth held in place with blue pins? Perhaps a 50s movie monster prop, air powered?

Looks a lot like the middle/base of an LED light bulb.

Assuming it was canibalized from from a common object...

It is certainly designed to adapt or convert one sized thing to another. The longitudinal exterior ribs are for rigidity and strength, but overall, not conducive to liquids or likely gasses.

I'd be looking through LED bulbs at all the hardware stores. Looks a bit like the plastic piece spacing between the threaded base and the translucent globe portion.

The bottom side's drain cock thingie? Make that out of 1/2 PVC fittings?

It wouldn't be all that hard to cobble together from raw materials, but being a steampunk kind-of-artist myself, I understand your pursuit.

in the mean time, get that lad to a Dentist.
