HELP: Custom hood made with earphone pockets

Hello, my dears, I need some help. A few years ago, I had made a custom hood for someone with special pockets for their earphones. I just had a request for another one, and can't remember for the life of me who it was for we made that first one or just how we accomplished this special request. This new customer said he'd read about it in a forum, so I'm hoping that whoever it was is a member here and will see this message. Or if any of you know who it was, I just need a name, so I can look up his pattern to see just what I had done.
