I'm 6'0" and 135lbs and bought my first wetsuit today. I tried on a bunch of suits, and it was finally an ONeill Reactor 3/2 that worked for me. Someone told me that they run a little taller and narrower than other suits, and that seems to be the case. I didn't get a chance to try a Bare or Pinnacle suit, so I don't know how they are. Maybe this will help some other skinny guy in the future.
