haha i know. but shh we can't talk about that, the mods. lurk.. lolz.

ah that's horrible. It's actually really pathetic, I think. We can't even keep our prisoners from stabbing each other.

haha everyone hates us!! hah-vahd, cahh, 'mad hott', pahk, lolzz.. yeah we don't really like southerns that much ((lol)). Mostly because they come up here and do everything slowly, and in Boston and NY everyone wants everything done yesterday lol. One time I went to see the Adam's mansion with my friend and this guy from maryland was like "Hi, how are you?" and my friend looks at him and goes "Why?" lol. I guess people are more social in the southh. wuteva, s'all ta same.

Hmm, I'll probably get in trouble for saying that. parlez-vous français? le mods. parlent probablement seulement anglais. je sais tu parlè italianne, mais ma Française est tres mieux que mon Italienne.

bene, non parlo francese, ma parlo Catalan e quell'è più simile al francese che l'italiano è.

Que parles català? Bon, No parlo França, peru comprenc massa què orta llengüe.

ok, now I am just showing off....

Its different here learning spanish, because I learned Spanish in spain. here they don't require you learn the vosotros conjugations, and in spain we use them ALL THE TIME. its a real handicap for americans when they come to spain, because they only know ustedes, which is REALLY formal. also, I have a different accent than most of the other spanish students. I took spanish four my freshman year with all seniors, and it was still an easy class... spanish is really important nowadays- Hispanics make up for the biggest minority in the US. one day, spanish will be alongside english.... that is my speculation.

Catalan is spoken in the Barcelona area. A lot of barcelonians speak spanish, but they don't like to. Franco oppressed the catalan and basque speakers when he was in power, but now since spain has been freed, catalan is claiming ground. its like a mix of spanish and french, closer to the southern france language of Provençal. In my opinion, it the the most beautiful of all the romance languages.

Thanks for the culture lesson... lol. It's okay, I show off my languages too.

heyy.. not much, im swamped with homework, so im procrastinating and chilling here lol. Haven't heard from you much on aim, was your net down?

il mio italiano è difettoso, ma parlo altre lingue in modo da la gente non lo capisce. lol ignorant f00lz. You probably speak more languages than I do, though, or more complex ones. i heard arabic is insanely hard to learn.

lol sorry. we'll speak english. so0o0o0. im talking to you on aim so no point in really saying anything here lol.

ok ok I'll stop.

Arabic is not hard at all. its hard for americans and english speaking people beacuse its... like a completely different structure. like take hebrew- we dont have a word for is, are, and am. we dont have a, and an. can you imagine that? Arabic is very similar to hebrew, so it was an easy step for me.... not so much for people that speak english.

yeah I have a shyt load of homework to do.... it only gets worse once you are a senior. College stuff, looking at colleges... and all your homework. than the last semester everything is a joke. thats pretty much senior year for you.

does your school have school rings? ours are AWESOME.... its comes with having a really old school. Jess, I am sure boston Latin (and hey, in the public school rankings we are right under them.) they have rings.

Hey Chaz.... whats up? Sophmore year kind of sucks, beacuse its hard, but you can't whine because you are not an upper classmen.... also sophmores always go last in the order of things. first come the seniors, then the juniors, then the freshmen beacuse they are new, and then the sophmores.

yeah we have rings, but i dont go to Boston schools i go to an all girls school (i know, i hate it.) in Quincy, and we get to pick our own rings. And i hate the boston latin kids, they talk sooo much smack and they cant back any of it up. talk is cheap, a mon avis.

yeah i could never learn arabic. my taught me how to say 'hello' in one of her languages (turkish, maybe? lol) but it was weird. It was like 'salam' with a weird accent. so yeah i wouldnt do well.

in my school it goes: 8th, 6th, 12, 10, 9, 7, 11 whenever we do stuff. but i liked freshman year better, i have soooooooooo much homework this year. its insane. haha one of ym teachers sent a note home to my parents because i got a 60 on a vocab quiz. i was like what am i in 2nd grade. who does that!? lolz.

well im out for now. ttyl.

<33 Jess
