Yes,,, if you have the chance you gotta try one of the cenote dives. The one that I dove in was called chac- mool, according to the mexcans, it translates into "jaguar" this cenote was about 40 feet deep, in the cavern portion. You could see ropes all over the place that led into caves,(if you're cave certified you could penetrate those) the viz was perfect, the other bizarre thing was this helocline, the salt water comes into the cenote from the bottom, fresh from the top,, they try to mix and can't, and when you swim through it,, it looks oily, or like you have no mask on,, weird! water was kind of cold to,, for mexico,, 70 - 72,, i froze on the second dive. take care!! buck
