Hello from San Diego

I have just moved across country from Boston to sunny San Diego and I am looking forward to diving in the Pacific. I have been diving for a couple of years on the east coast mostly in Cape Ann diving in cold dark water for lobsters so I am familiar with the cold water temp and visibility. I am looking to find a dive club or a site that I can find local divers who know the area and wouldn't mind a new person to go diving with. Any help would be much appreciated.

There is a a monthly SoCal group dive called the Wrinkles dive that moves around, it is scheduled for La Jolla Shores August 9th. It's a real good way to met some San Diego Divers.
