We're about two hours east of Dallas, four divers in the family.
My children 11 an 15 are both PADI certified, and we dive Mexico mostly. Just got back from CZM and had great dives.

Athens and Tyler State Park are probably the two closest places to you. Clear Springs is the place in Terrell.
