Hi, I am new to the Ft Lauderdale area. I recently moved from Jacksonville, Florida. Unfortunately, you have to drive 2 hrs to get to any dive locations in Jacksonville. From what I hear, in Ft Lauderdale there are plenty of local places to dive. I am pretty new at all of this having gotten certified 6 months ago. I am eager to do some beach diving at the local reefs. If you are game, let me know.
