What's' up Kat & pjdc1,

Good to hear from you guys.
I work in the loop and also live in the western 'burbs.
Hello South Side!

I'm new to the forum so I thought I'd see who's around from Chicago.

Let me know if anything is happening in your neck of the woods.

Bill

HI From another Chicagoan and Cub fan! Hope they can do it tonight. Interesting series though, I lived in So Fla for years and always rooted for the Marlins. I believe in supporting the local team though, so it Cubs all the way, now!:)

Do you dive up here????

Hi Bill and Chicago Divers

I'm in the NW Burbs. I also am fairly new to the board. It's very informative and sometimes entertaining. There are some real characters on-board.

My favorite LDS is Underseas SCUBA in Villa Park and Berry in Palatine. I've taken many great dive trips with Underseas.

I put you on my buddy list. Maybe all us Chicago Divers/ CUBS fans can dive together sometime. I'm always looking for opportunities to dive.

GO CUBS.

Hey everybody!

Bill here again.
I live in Aurora and work downtown Juls.
I know the folks at Below H2O scuba shop in Aurora.

It would be nice to get everyone on the board together for a dive sometime!
I try to go out to Haigh Quarry a couple times a year and also Pearl lake.

I tried to dive Lake Michigan this summer.
But every time my schedule permitted me to go,
the winds were too much, making the lake to choppy.

Any of you guys dive Lake Michigan regularly?
Or any of the other local spots?

I really wanted to get in Lake Michigan this year, but it looks like I'll have to wait until next summer... or until I get drysuit certified!

Bill
