It makes sense they all have similar flow rates because most AL firsts are descended from the Royal Master DH reg and the later Conshelf series. The volcano orifice is a common part I think with current products.

Yes, volcano orifice is the same, in fact many parts are the same between models. I'm amazed at just how much mix and matching you can do.
It's this commonality of parts, ability to mix and match, simplicity in servicing that has now made AL first stages my first stages of choice.
