I'm still on a quest to find a more substantial toggle switch boot than the thin walled silicone rubber ones you find in the hardware store. Do the ones in McMaster have any substance to them? It's going on a DPV project and I'm worry these thin walled ones won't hold up to repeated switching with gloved hands, etc. A reliable and waterproof switch has been the hardest part of the whole thing to design.

Any sources for heavy duty toggle switch boots would be GREATLY appreciated!

Use an internal reed switch and an external magnet like all other DPVs and avoid the problems with through-hull connections.
