Sounds interesting. I wonder what the long-term effects will be. After all, in divers, long exposures to elevated PPO2 seems to leave to irrational and dangerous behavour. Like tech diving

Dr. Harch and staff at LSU treat a number of non-reimbursable conditions with hyperbaric oxygen and have reported success in cases and case series. The next step would ideally be randomized, controlled human trials (there are a couple of animal studies out there). Case reports are among the lowest levels of evidence and generally aren't sufficient to convince payors to reimburse for treatment.
