Yes shots are the way to go. Last time the allergist had to custom blend the shots to around 1:100 million for me, that's WAY diluted. This time i'm not sure what he'll start me off at. He did say there's this anti-IDE shot that will be a once a month thing for allergies/asthma inplace of the allergy rx. Said presently it's in court over who can patent it.

Just got back from getting my shots today. I tiny stick in each arm...a 30 minute wait which is a blast because my nurse and her husband are both scuba divers to so I just sit around and talk scuba to make the time go by.

Get the shots...no regrets!!!!
