As I wrote in a earlier post, the regulator has been serviced and all is well.Awaiting for owner to pick it up.Why would we call for help if it is completed already??
The original facility the owner took regulator to ( I am not naming them here) is a scubapro authorized facility, but may have issues in getting supplies. One of their instructors came into our facility recently to purchase scubapro gear - bcd,regulator,computer-for a friend because the place he teaches at has very little inventory in stock and is not going to order any soon.He drove about 1 hour to get to us here in Westchester.

Sorry for being distant. I have been rather busy the past several weeks and away from SB.

As oly5050user said, I got the regulator serviced at another SP shop so SP IS still providing parts for the MK10+. I have talked with the first shop since, they appeared to be surprised to hear I got the part thru another LDS. To me, it appears the first LDS might have been stretching the truth to sell me a MK 25. I admit, this has left me with a foul taste.

My thanks to Scuba New York and oly5050user. They helped me out of a jam. All my SP work will be going their way. They are out of my way, but worth the effort. No fuss, no games.

Thankyou Tom..We are also authorized repair facility for Aqualung /Apex via our Brooklyn store, repairs for Aqualung/Apex done here in Yonkers,Sherwood,Oceanic and others as well. The 1st LDS claimed to have done service on the 2nd stage and it appears that if they did it was a shoddy job.Unit was never cleaned in a ultrasound bath as corrosion was easily seen and parts that should have been replaced were not and simply reused.
