perfect, so around $700. Do you want a DSS BP/W for $500, and $200 in your pocket, or that? It's really a no brainer

So $725 for us in the US? Why would anyone purchase this over a DSS rig for $460?Scubapro employee said it would be available in May. Price is around 669 Euro.

you're a piece of work comparing Scubapro to Merc/BMW and DSS to Kia/Toyota.... That's absolutely spectacular since you have it completely backwards.....
BTW, DSS Wings are a piece of crap.
Their backplates and harnesses are nothing special at all
How can another backplate and wing be miles ahead? The whole idea behind a backplate and wing is efficiency through simplicity, and DSS products are made simple, and durable, I and lots of others I know have lots of cold water dives on our DSS wings , and I'm 100% confident it is not a piece of equipment I'll ever need to replace....you sound like someone who has a personal grudge against Tobin, he is a guy who tells things rather bluntly and probably pissed you off, but bashing his equipment is pure RubbishYou have NO idea of the BP/W options available in Europe that are also CE certified and miles ahead of DSS.
