Google could not process the translation, possibly due to a faulty site, but I was able to translate some of it elsewhere. I'm unsure what "ocle" means.
Tragedy at sea in Luanco: a 46-year-old diver who was collecting ocle dies.
The diver was taken in serious condition to the Luanquín pier, where medical personnel treated him before being transferred to the San Agustín, where he died.
A 46-year-old Peruvian diver, it has been reported, died this Monday in Avilés after allegedly suffering an illness while harvesting ocle in Luanco (Gozón). The boat he was on transported the diver to the Luanquín dock, where medical personnel attempted to resuscitate him for almost two hours. Later, according to sources consulted, the diver was transferred in critical condition to the San Agustín University Hospital, where he died.

The Civil Guard received a report this Monday afternoon "that a diver hired to harvest ocle was in cardiorespiratory arrest and was being treated at the Luanco fishing port by the mobile ICU." A patrol from Luanco responded to the scene. According to sources consulted, the diver was in an area near Isla del Carmen. "When the skipper saw that he was not resuscitating after an excessive amount of time, another diver from the boat went down to rescue him," the Armed Forces stated. "They brought him to the surface in cardiac arrest and notified 112, who immediately arrived in Luanco," they added. Medical personnel "performed CPR on the diver several times, both on the deck of the boat and once inside the ambulance" that transported him in critical condition to the San Agustín, where he died late Monday afternoon, according to this newspaper.
Gelidium Algae
Not all ocle (gelidium algae) is the same or has the same applications, starting with the extraction method. The ocle intended for scientific and healthcare environments must be free of impurities and is obtained using the so-called stripping technique: it is collected from the seabed by professional divers during specific periods, with quantities regulated by the Administration, always leaving a significant biomass residue for regeneration. This year, the season began at the end of June and will run until the end of September. The total quota for the Asturian coast this season will be 4,300 tons.

Ocle is sargassum
Thanks. Why would a diver collect that? Ok, I translated the rest of the article and edited post #1.
