Yes, but I always have to tease Claudette. She's a month older than I and hitting the Big 5-0 has slowed her enthusiasm so much.

Well, it's now obvious that 1959 was a very good year, not that I had any doubt!

What a delightful surprise to come home from diving in Monterey and discover your sweet thoughts and hopes awaiting me. (yes, I tried running away from my birthday, but it followed me everywhere.

1959 was indeed a pretty good year. But so far, I like 2009 even better!
Diving, friends, more diving, Argon, lots more friends, drysuit, and even More fun friends... it just keeps getting better.
I may not be able to read the fine print on land as well as I could a few years ago, but that 30% magnification underwater is just what the Birthday Eye Doctor ordered.
OK... My mileage counter rolled over and my head didn't explode.
Wrap up your healing project and Go for it, Phil!!!
