Looks like the wheels are also bigger on the 200lb version that I have, and I linked above. I would say that is worth the ten dollars more to me at least. Plus I have moved stuff that weighs around 200lbs with mine.

Tried out my folding hand truck with my doubles. Worked like a charm 
of course. The weight of the tanks is so close to the fulcrum that it's not a problem at all.
That said, sturdier uprights would make me more comfortable wheeling around heavy gear totes.
