Ken, I have been perusing through your pdf file for over an hour. I am simply floored! Besides the UW photos (which are simply amazing, BTW), I love your topside pics and the way you capture the human element and emotion as well as the land critters and local scenery. More importantly, I felt quite moved by photos depicting the terrible things we humans do to our wonderful creatures (shark finning) out of ignorance, fear or whatever.

I do hope you have this published into book form. I am serious when I say I do want to purchase at least one copy so that I can share its contents with my friends who are not computer-friendly.

You are an incredible writer and photographer, my friend, and you should be very proud.

Thank you so much Chantal. Your comments mean more to me than I can express. I don't really have any commercial interest in the manuscript, I wrote it largely for posterity, so my non-diving kids and my grandkids could share in some of the magnificent places and things I have seen. I will probably self-publish this as a hardbound book with a limited printing, on one of the vanity self-publishing websites. If that happens, you will receive a signed copy. Thanks again,

++Ken++

Funny you should mention that Chantal. For a sneak preview see

Any suggestions would be welcome.

Well superlatives fail me at the moment....

But i'll just say that you've got a phenomenal body of work :)

Ken I just read through your Costa Rica chapter, which was fabulous. Having been to Costa Rica twice, it brought back great memories of my topside experiences there. I've also been diving there, specifically at Isla del Cano and some local spots off Manuel Antonio National Park. It was great, but okay, it was nuthin like Cocos! But we didn't have the extra ten days available for the liveaboard trip. Thanks for the pics...at least I can see what we missed!
