Thanks for the welcomes everybody. This seems like an excellent community of people and a wealth of information and experience. I look forward to seeing all of you around the board as I continue with my new-found addiction...atleast until I have to sell my computer to afford more equipment... :D

Don't know why I gotta ask. Where's Holeinthewall, TN? I ran a search but it doesn't seem to exist. Did you make it up?
Haha, you are like the 4th person to say something about that. No, it is not a real place, atleast to my knowledge. Its just that pretty much anywhere in TN outside the two or three big cities can be considered a hole in the wall. Sorry for the confusion, lol.

Okay, Wagon Queen, is your Family Truckster metallic pea or antarctic blue with the optional fun package.

As for pawning personal items, I'd say you should forego that and just start selling blood and organs. And if you have any kids, I hear the blackmarket adoption market is pretty healthy right now.

Hey, it's diving equipment! You have to prioritize! (And I've never heard a regulator ask, "Are we there yet?" from the back seat!)

Welcome to the board and good luck this weekend. Please post a note in the New2Scuba forum about your OW experiences.

Oh, you gotta have the optional fun package.
"You think you hate it now, just wait 'til you drive it!!"

Well, no kids, atleast not yet. So I guess the blackmarket adoption is out. I do have a dog, but I'm not sure about the market value of a pure bread mutt...

Awww, just come to Miami - lots of rotisserie places would love a pure bread Heinz 57...

You didn't think we'd waste BEEF in an empanada, did you?

Welcome Aboard!!!

It's addictive, but who cares?!?!?

Good friends and good info. What could be better???

P.S. - If you have not already done so, please fill out your profile.

As for your equipment, I would suggest you save your $$ and buy it new. I had to put a lot of my equipment on layaway and pay it off. I have it now.
