However, when a business has an email account, and I email them, I expect a timely response.

If you're worried about taking the wing along on a liveaboard "unserviced", the best thing to do would be to pick up a spare power inflator (just an OEM plastic one would be fine) and keep it in your save-a-dive kit, along with the appropriate tool to remove the clamp that goes around the corrugated hose. The inflator is the most likely thing to fail on any wing. Take a few zipties along as well - they work for quickly reattaching a power inflator.

The only other thing I would think of taking (BC-specific) is a repair kit for the bladder. Not sure what Halcyon recommend for the Eclipse.

Exactly what I was thinking...the power inflator. That would be the one thing I woudl want to have serviced, or learn to service. And keep a spare on remote trips as Scubaroo suggested...

For whatever reason, it seems that EE has some sort of black hole when it comes to E-mail. I sent them several E-mails about a year ago when Jen decided she wanted a new MC system. I have yet to hear back from them

Needless to say, we purchased her BP/Wing elsewhere....

Having said that, they are very nice on the phone. I also had the pleasure of actually going there this past April. We picked up some Halcyon pockets and a few other things. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and we wound up spending over an hour BSing with them. I would also recommend you try giving them a call.

LOL, I'm not shy about calling....I have talked to them a couple times on the phone awhile back.....

I guess I don't need it serviced, there is nothing wrong with it to my knowledge and it is very well maintained. I even cuddle with it on lonely nights. I would love to learn how to service it though. :)

J, that borders on the peverse !!!!
You are a sick, sick diver!!! : )
