hey jep, i was going to pm you but i got sidetracked. Come on out, the more the merrier. Besides you need to see your old tank in action.

I just checked the weather for Saturday and its looking good. 65 and partially sunny. I was told that as of Sunday the water was 52 at the surface, 50 at the 22' platform, and about 47 at 40 feet.

I am looking forward to meeting up with you all and having a great day of diving.

Three dives today at Haigh today (Thursday.)

Here are the numbers per the computer (and my eyeballs) as promised:

Dive 1: South Wall - 49 feet max; 43 degrees, 30-40 foot viz

Dive 2: Boat, Lark, Truck - 47 feet max; 46 degrees, 30-40 foot viz

Dive 3: Drill, Rock Crusher, Fuel Tanks - 32 feet max; 48 degrees, 15 foot viz

A good time was had by all. And the same is expected for Saturday. See you then.

Rob

Excellent reporting Rob, excellent. that 43 degrees does not make me happy but the rest of it might. I know I can do it but geez warm up already.

Can't wait to see everybody.

Oh and if someone can bring some extra weights that would be great. I ordered mine but it does not look like they will be here before Saturday. Not that I mind renting but would like to avoid it if possible.

All I can say is to bring a few gallons of hot water to put down the wet suit before getting in and after the dive.
Either I'm getting old or it was cold down there today.

Thanks for the great dives Rob, you were a great guide.

Enjoy the dives this weekend.

So does this mean you are not going to come to the quarry Jim, I was hoping to meet you. Ah, maybe next time then.

Nah, you're not getting old. It WAS cold. Of course, if you had a one mil Jester's suit on underneath...well, then you would have been both fashionable AND warm! You watch - I'm going to start a new dive fashion trend! :dork2:

Anyway - thanks for showing up today. Great diving with you again!!

And Luckydays, I have some extra weights. And if Joe H. comes, he'll probably have some too, so you should be set.
